Dr. Jason Northcutt, Dental Implant Dentist. Through advanced continuing education classes and programs, Jason Northcutt, DMD is dedicated to bringing the best care to his patients. Dr. Northcutt is a graduate student of Dr. Istvan Urban, Urban Regeneration Institute, member of American Academy of Implant Dentistry, graduate of Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education, member of American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the South Baldwin Dental Study Club. He received his Sedation Certification in 2004 from the University of Alabama Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Jason Northcutt is a lifelong resident of Alabama, and has lived on the gulf coast since 1997 after graduating from University of Alabama School of Dentistry. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University (1993) and currently resides on his farm in Silverhill, Alabama.
Most of all, Dr. Northcutt brings kindness and understanding to dental medicine, helping to restore patients' confidence, and helping them to achieve better health and happiness.
Lindsey Taylor, DMD, grew up in Satsuma, Alabama. Formerly Lindsey Sharp, She graduated as Salutatorian from Satsuma High School in 2001. She attended Spring Hill College, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Biology and met her husband, Brentley. Dr. Taylor attended The University of Alabama School of Dentistry, earning her dental degree in 2009. Following dental school, Dr. Taylor and her husband moved to Galveston, TX where she completed a medical residency and she began her career as a general dentist.
In July of 2016, they welcomed a little girl, McCulley, into their family. They moved back to the area in the summer of 2017. Dr. Taylor offers a wide variety of general dentistry treatment options. She is a member of the American Dental Association and stays up to date with latest changes and updates in dentistry through continuing education courses.
Dr. Taylor is thrilled to be a part of the outstanding team at Robertsdale Dental Care. She enjoys getting to know her patients, and making them feel comfortable throughout their treatment. Her goal is to treat each patient with the same respect, gentleness, and patience that she would her own family and friends.
Lynn is our Office Manager. She joined our team in 2007 after practicing hygiene in Mobile for 18 years. She and her husband Scott live in Daphne and have been married since 1991.
They have three children- a daughter, Brittany and twin boys, Taylor and Tyler. Her first grandchild, Sutton, joined the family in December 2021.
She enjoys shopping, relaxing by the pool, spending time with family and friends, and enjoys her time with her granddaughter.
Ashley is always ready to greet new and existing patients with a warm, friendly smile. Her favorite thing about working at Robertsdale Dental is working with and helping people in the same community she grew up in.
When not at work she enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and anything outdoors with her husband and four children.
Skyler is a Baldwin County Native. After three years in the Dental world, Skyler started with us in July of 2022. Skyler is one of the first faces you will see when you walk in to Robertsdale Dental Care and more often than not, the voice you will hear on the phone as well. Skyler loves the beach and enjoys crafting but if its basketball or baseball season you can find her and her husband on the sidelines supporting their son Jayden.
Kim Conway is a name you might know in this town, as she has lived here most of her life. Kim has been in dentistry for 30 years including Hygiene and Administration. She graduated Alabama’s Dental Hygiene Program at UAB in 1994 and after years in the hygiene field came to us in August of 2022 and is now our one of our Front Desk Coordinators. Kim is Married with two kids, four grandkids, and the cutest dog (Sam). If she isn’t in the office, she is probably spending time with her family or currently, helping her daughter plan for her wedding.
Kayla originally started with us in January of 2021, after a short break she came back to us as our Insurance Coordinator. Kayla is a rockstar at all things Insurance and Billing and is always ready to help in other areas when needed.
Kayla has three spoiled dogs and loves spending her free time walking and enjoying nature.
Veronica started with us in October 2022 as our Marketing Director. While originally from Arizona, Veronica has spent the last decade on the East Coast and the last 7 years in Alabama where she resides with her husband and three boys. Veronica has spent the last 10 years working in Marketing and is excited to bring that knowledge to the dental field. When not at work, Veronica is usually reading or spending time with her family.
Lauren has always had a passion for dentistry and joined the team in 2010. After receiving a science degree at Faulkner, she attended Alabama's Dental Hygiene program at UAB and graduated in 2014. Lauren loves being a hygienist and helping patients to feel more comfortable while in the office.
Lauren is a Baldwin County native. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her dog, and time with her family.
Carmen Rice: Dental Hygienist Carmen has been with Robertsdale Dental Care since 2021. Carmen is a local. She loves volunteering for anything that her daughter is involved in, especially Robertsdale High School Band. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys fishing and hunting. She also loves cookouts with her parents.
Sandra moved here from Oklahoma and chose RDC as her work home almost immediately. She completed the Dental Hygiene program at UAB in 2017 and loves taking care of her patients. Her favorite part about working for Robertsdale Dental Care is the happy environment and wonderful co-workers. Sandra also assists Dr. Northcutt with Sedations and TMJ procedures.
Sandra is also bilingual and can assist patients in English or Spanish.
When she is not at work she loves doing arts and crafts and going to the beach with her two children.
Candy began working at Robertsdale Dental Care in 2021. She is one of our hygienist. Candy is from Georgia and enjoys going to the beach and traveling to visit her family.
Jacinta is from Daphne and has been a dental assistant since 2009. She loves making everyone smile. Jacinta joined Robertsdale Dental Care in 2017. She loves working at Robertsdale Dental Care because of the patients and work family. When not at work, Jacinta enjoys attending church and spending time with her husband and children.
Sharon was born and raised in Pascagoula, MS. She has been working in the Oral Surgery and General Dentistry fields for 30 years. Sharon is an AAOMS Board Certified Dental Anesthesia Assistant and is also a Reiki Master Teacher incorporating this wisdom during her interactions with patients.
She lives with her daughter and fur babies. Sharon enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach. She is a Robertsdale Dental Care veteran since 2012.
Addison became a Dental Assistant for us in November of 2021. Prior to that she had been a patient here since she was just seven years old. If you have met Addison, you know she is always smiling and eager to help. Addy, as we all call her, came over from Haiti as a child and was awarded her citizenship last year. When she isn’t at work, you can usually find her reading, enjoying some gym time, or being the dog sitter, for whoever is out of town in the office. Her favorite color is blue, and she loves the MARVEL.
Mindy joined our team in June 2021. Mindy’s favorite part about working at Robertsdale Dental Care is the friendly environment from the patients and co-workers. When Mindy is not working, she enjoys anything outdoors with her husband and three boys.
Chesnii began her dental assisting career in 2014 after completing school in Colorado. She moved to Alabama and joined Robertsdale Dental Care in 2020. Chesnii loves having the opportunity to help others. When not working, she enjoys boating, lounging by the pool, family time and time spent with her dogs(fur babies).
Lovenita is from Mobile and has been a dental assistant since 2009. She began working at Robertsdale Dental Care in 2022 and loves the great atmosphere here . When not at work she enjoys spending time with her 16 year old daughter.
