Our Team

Dr. Jason Northcutt is a life long Alabama resident. He graduated from Haleyville High School in 1989.
 He continued his education at Auburn University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology in 1993
. Dr. Northcutt attended the University of Alabama School of Dentistry from 1994-1997 where he completed his dental degree. He continues to learn more every year through various lectures and continuing education meetings.

Dr. Northcutt is a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and the South Baldwin Dental Study Club. He received his sedation training in 2004 from the University of Alabama Department of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Northcutt has been happily married to his wife, Terri, for 12 years. They have two children, Will and Mary Katherine.

Dr. Jeremy Hardy was born in Alexander City, AL, then moved to Wiggins, MS as a child. He graduated as valedictorian from Stone High School in 1997, then continued his education at the University of Southern Mississippi, completing a degree in Biological Science in 2001. He attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry, earning his dental degree in 2005. In 2006 he completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at UMMC. He is a member of the American Dental Association, and enjoys learning more about dentistry through lectures and continuing education meetings.

Dr. Hardy has been married to his high school sweetheart, Hope, for 9 years. They enjoy traveling, especially to Walt Disney World. They have two children, Elizabeth and Victoria.

Alyssa has been with Dr. Northcutt since August of 2008. She has Associates in Business Administration from Faulkner State Community College. Alyssa and husband, Jeremy, moved to Alabama from Wisconsin in 2001. They have been married for 7 years. They have no children, but keep busy with their three cats, and dog Lilly. They enjoy fishing, vacationing in Destin, motorcycling, and hanging out with friends and family.

Allison was born and raised in Pace, Florida. She moved to Foley when she and husband, Stephen, were married in October 2008. She has been working in pharmacy for the past seven and a half years, and is excited to be learning about dentistry. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, lying on the beach, and shopping.

Jamie is from Albertville, AL and now  resides in Daphne with her husband Daniel and their sweet dog Lola. She attended Auburn University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Work. She enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach, and shopping.

Lynn joined our team in 2007 after practicing hygiene in Mobile for the past 16 years. She and her husband Scott live in Daphne and have been married for 17 years. They have three children, Brittany and twin boys Taylor and Tyler. She enjoys shopping, relaxing by the pool, spending time with family and friends and enjoys watching her children participate in their sports activities.

Lauren is a Baldwin County native. She graduated from Daphne High School in 2008. Lauren is aspiring to be a Dental Hygienist and is excited to be a part of the team. She enjoys going to the beach and hanging out with friends and family whenever she gets the chance.

Shannon graduated from Faulkner State Community College with her Associate in Science. She was an active member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Shannon and her husband, Joseph, live in Stapleton and have been married 6 years. They have two children, Tyler and Allyson, and a dog named Max. Shannon enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, shopping and going to the beach.

Tawanna has been in dentistry for 16 years. She graduated from Faulkner State Community College in 1992. She lives in Daphne, Alabama with her 8 year old daughter, Ahmiyah. What she enjoys most about dentistry is restoring smiles and building relationships. In Tawanna’s free time, she enjoys having picnics with her daughter and going to parks. She also enjoys spending time with her 95 year old grandfather and being with friends and family.

Becky has been in dentistry for two years. She and her significant other, Chris, live in Spanish Fort with their two children, Jackson and Kaylyn. Becky enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to the beach.

Susan graduated from Robertsdale High School, and she currently lives in Fairhope with her husband Pierce. She recently graduated magna cum laude from Faulkner State Community College with a degree in Dental Assisting and Applied Science. Susan enjoys spending time wiith her family and friends and their dog, Bear.
